Agilent/Varian 929-7009 ion pump controllers are now obsolete. They are no longer manufactured. They are no longer supported by the OEM or 2nd source suppliers.
For KLA CD-SEM users that run into Ion Pump controller failure, their only option is to try to repair it in house or using 2nd source repair shops. All or most attempts are unsuccessful.
With that foresight, GCE has developed an UPGRADE KIT for Ion Pump Controller. The kit enables a drop in replacement of obsolete controller with current model controller.
The kit includes the following:
- an Interface box designed by GCE
- Brand new ion pump controller, current model
- Display screen with mount
- Cabling
- Instructional video for easy do-it-yourself installation (Estimated time to install and set up = 1 hour)
- Remote tech support by phone/email, if required
