Refurbished and reconfigured by Aixtron and delivered in 2010 to the current owner. Reactor is configured as follows:
- Planetary Reactor, no showerhead
- Configured with triple inlet and cover plate
- 24x2” or 8x4” configuration
- Nitride system Gas Mixing Capabilities
- Purge gases can be switched to N2/H2
- Low background doping; Effective E16 level Si doping demonstrated
