• Ultra High Vacuum system for secondary ion mass spectroscopic (SIMS) study.
• This instrument was originally manufactured as IMS 3F.  In 2001, OEM remanufactured this instrument with modifications and upgrade as IMS 4F.  The instrument has been well maintained by the OEM.
• The instrument was decommissioned by OEM and is presently in storage.
